The Fairfield Villa guest house consists of a purpose built guest area with all bedrooms en-suite, a dining room and private entrance for the residents. All prices include a full Scottish breakfast or continental if requested. We can also provide packed lunches if you are planning to "escape the city" for the day.

All rooms are ensuite with tea and coffee making facilities, a television, hairdryer and irons are available on request. Wireless internet connection is available for those wishing to access emails or the internet. The Family room also has a DVD player and consists of two adjoining rooms, a double room and a twin room with rates starting from £65.

Fairfield Villa can provide maps of the local area if required and is a 10 minute walk to the centre where you will also find the local bus and train stations. The Airport is located 7 miles east of the city. There is the use of a secure double garage to store all the larger items you may have including golf clubs and fishing equipment etc.
